Grant Amounts & Allowable Practices
Eligible practices and reimbursements include:
Forestry mulching (using masticators/mulchers): up to $2,000 per acre
Combination of hand-cut and mechanical mulching: up to $1,500 per acre

Step 1 – Eligibility & Planning

Step 2 – Application Assistance
Get help submitting your grant application before the September 12 deadline, including preparing maps, cost estimates, and documentation necessary for qualification.
Step 3 – Service Execution
Yonder Land Co. will schedule and execute the approved work, whether forest mulching, land clearing, or gravel driveway restoration, ensuring all documentation meets reimbursement requirements.
Step 4 – Post-Work Reimbursement
After completion, we’ll help you collect the required documents and submit for cost-share reimbursement, often covering 50% to 75% or more of eligible expenses.
